Refunds & Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of digital distribution of active license codes, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for products once they have been delivered and the activation/license key has been viewed. All licensing sales are final.
You may request a refund if the activation/license key has not yet been retrieved from our system. However, if the activation/license key has already been accessed, NO REFUNDS will be granted. Please ensure that the software is compatible with your system before retrieving the activation/license key.
